Nothing in the left column is invented: that is how most small companies work while there are fewer than ten orders a week. The trouble starts with the eleventh.
Exactly the sections the program has. Nothing listed here is “planned” — all of it works today.
The whole path of a shipment: route, customer and carrier rate, statuses, attachments. The margin is calculated for you, including when the customer pays in dollars and the carrier in soums.
CMR, consignment note, invoice, act, contract-order, power of attorney, railway forms. They are printed in the language of the company director and filled in from the order.
ESF through DIDOX, the Uzbek operator. Requisites and amounts come from the order and the document status is visible on its card. The integration is written and tested; we have not been granted the operator’s production access yet, and until then sending answers with an honest error rather than silence.
Customers, carriers, drivers, trucks, trailers. Requisites are checked for format: TIN, bank account, MFO.
Payment registry, debt per counterparty, reconciliation statement. Reports never mix currencies: orders in dollars and in soums are counted separately.
An invitation link for a carrier: they fill in their own details themselves, without signing up. Documents can be handed over between companies inside the program.
An online course on how logistics works: transport and cargo types, packaging and routes, documents and contracts, foreign trade, Incoterms, insurance. A test after every topic.
The course is informational and advisory: there is no final assessment, and the certificate is not an educational qualification.
Six sign-up types, from a transport company to a private dispatcher with no legal entity. The system counts the money differently for each.
You ship your own cargo and contractors move it. Orders, documents and costs for every shipment sit in one place instead of in a mail thread; the payment register shows how much is still owed and to whom. There is a separate type for those who move part of the cargo on their own trucks.
Trucks, trailers, drivers and fuel consumption live on the same cards as the orders. Waybills and route sheets print from there instead of being kept separately.
You sell the haul and somebody else drives it. Both rates sit on the order card — the customer’s and the carrier’s — and the margin is worked out on its own, including when the customer pays in dollars and the carrier in soums.
The “individual” type is right there at sign-up — for a dispatcher and for the owner of a single truck alike: no firm and no accountant to set up. Commission is taken from both sides — from the customer and from the carrier — and both enter the order margin as separate terms rather than disappearing into a total.
Director, logistician, dispatcher, accountant — each with their own rights: who creates orders, who sees the money, who confirms payments. Drivers are kept as fleet records: trip, waybill, fuel consumption. There is no separate driver cabinet yet.
The product belongs to LLC Satorica — an Uzbek legal entity with an Uzbek tax number and an account in an Uzbek bank. The Uzbek instance runs on its own server at a provider in Uzbekistan. This is not about how reliable the link is: it is about which law applies to your data and which documents you get.
The Russian Logist IQ is a separate product on a separate server. Data is not moved between the two.
The interface and the documents are in Russian, Uzbek and English. The program is built for Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Turkmenistan and Turkey: currencies, reference books and document forms are set up per country. The Turkish translation is in progress; until it is ready, Turkish companies are shown English.
We charge per working seat — not per company, per module or per volume of data. Everything the CRM has is in that price; there is nothing to pay extra for later.
A seat is an active employee. Switch someone off and the seat is freed, the bill drops. A company with three logisticians pays for three.
Every section, all 25+ document forms, three languages, import from 1C and Excel, updates and support — same price. There are no “pro” and “enterprise” tiers.
Fourteen days free, no card at sign-up. Demo data loads in one click — you can look at a filled-in CRM without entering a single order of your own. The trial ends by itself and nothing is charged.
For scale: a seat per month costs less than one lost document on an order — that one has to be restored by hand, and it holds up the shipment.
16.39 $
per seat per month
From ten seats — 13.69 $ per seat (136.90 $ for ten).
More about the pricingThe price is set in dollars. When paying by local methods, the amount is converted into soums at the rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the day of payment — the rate is printed on the invoice.
A seat is an active employee. A disabled employee takes no seat.
The Academy is paid for separately: it is a course, not a part of the system.
